Navigate to Settings →Team Members in the left-hand navigation bar. 
- 
Add admins by entering their email addresses and assigning the Admin role. 
- 
Admins will have full permissions to configure data, manage integrations, and oversee comp cycles. 
- 
We recommend assigning at least two admins to ensure coverage during busy cycles.

Now that you have your admins assigned, you can begin uploading data!

Submit your data sets through the Data app located in the left-hand navigation bar. 
- 
Configure People columns and settings to adjust how information displays for you and your users.

Use the templates provided below to ensure your data is formatted correctly.

Step 3: Starting the build of a new Comp Cycle
- 
From your dashboard, navigate to Comp Cycles. 
- 
Click + New Cycle to begin setting up a fresh compensation cycle. 
- 
Give your cycle a name (e.g., “2025 Annual Review”) and select the cycle type (annual, mid-year, promotion-only, etc.).

Save your settings to create the initial shell of your cycle. 
Step 4: Requesting Support
For the fastest support, always CC Pequity Support (support@getpequity.com) on all emails. This automatically creates a support ticket so our team can track and respond promptly.
