From your dashboard, navigate to **Comp Cycles**. 2. Click **+ New Cycle** to begin setting up a fresh compensation cycle. 3. Give your cycle a **name** (e.g., “2025 Annual Review”) and select the **cycle type** (annual, mid-year, promotion-only, etc.). 4. Save your settings to create the initial shell of your cycle. 5.
