Step-by-Step Guide: Uploading Files to Pequity Support
You can easily submit files directly to Pequity Support through the app. Follow these steps to securely upload your files for import:
Step 1: Open the Help Section

- Log in to your Pequity account.
- In the bottom-right corner of the app, click on the “Help?” button to access support options.
Step 2: Contact Support

- Once the Help menu opens, select “Contact Support” from the list of available options. This will open the support contact form.
Step 3: Add Context and Attach Your File

In the contact form, add any relevant context to your request. This could include a brief description of the issue or why you’re submitting the file.
- In your message, clearly specify the file type you are submitting, such as:
- Updated ranges
- Updated people
- Comp cycle data
- Additionally, mention any data additions or specific callouts you’d like Pequity Support to be aware of (e.g., new data points, changes to current data).
- Drag and drop your file into the designated area for attachments. You can also use the “Browse” option to select a file from your device.
Step 4: Submit Your Request
