How can I download and send out the reward letters for my team members?

Woohoo! Congratulations on wrapping up your comp cycle!! 🥳 🥇 You are now ready to move on to the next stage: Reward Letters ✉️

Your company admins will let you know once the letters are available for you in Pequity. To locate the letters, click into your planning group and you will notice the Reward Letter icon (document icon with a star) next to the employee names, just beside the change history icon.

Click on this icon and you will have two options:

1. "Download reward letter" - This action gives you the ability to download the letter straight into your device. 

2. "Email reward letter" - This action allows you to send the letter out directly to your direct report via email.

  • A success message will then appear at the bottom of your screen saying that the letter has been successfully sent to the employee. 🏆

  • The Reward Letter icon will also turn green once the letter has been sent out.

  • Below is an example of the email that you team member will get. Their letter is also attached to this message.

Alternatively, you can also bulk action by selecting the checkbox beside the employee name/s, then click on either "Download Reward Letters" or "Email Reward Letters to Employees" on the action bar at the bottom of the page.
