What happens when I "End Cycle" in  my Pequity Comp Cycle?

🔍 Step-by-Step: Ending Your Comp Cycle

1. Go to Admin Settings

   • Head to Admin Dashboard > Settings

2. Turn Off Edit Access

   • Before ending the cycle, make sure edit access for all planners is turned off.

   • Note: As an admin, you’ll still have edit access, but the system will prompt you with a confirmation message when making changes.

3. Understand What Happens Next

   • Edit access for all Planners will turn off

   • Ending the cycle will not trigger reward letters—this step is purely for locking the cycle edits for Planners.

     • You maintain full control over when and how reward letters are sent.

4. End the Cycle

   • When you’re ready, hit the "End Cycle" button.

   • Confirm the action when prompted.

5. Celebrate! 🎉

   • You just completed a successful compensation cycle in Pequity!

🔒 What Changes After You End the Cycle?

• Planner access is locked — no further edits can be made.

• Admin access remains, but with confirmation prompts.

• Reward letters are NOT automatically sent, giving you control over timing.
