How do I adjust my Comp Cycle columns?

Editing columns in the Pequity Comp Cycle page works much like using Excel! This guide will walk you through the process step by step. Let’s get started.

As a Company Admin, you can click into your Comp Cycle Admin Dashboard.

In the "Employee Workbook" navigate and click on "Edit columns" or in your Comp Cycle "Settings"

From this screen, you can customize columns and colors, as well as drag and rearrange them to fit your needs!
