You can access existing compensation cycles from anywhere in the tool using either of these methods:
- Home Page: Click the Comp Cycles app.
- Navigation Menu: Click the Comp Cycles tab in the left-hand navigation bar.
Comp Cycles Tabs
Active Cycles
The Active Cycles tab contains compensation cycles that are currently in use. These may include cycles that are:
- Being actively worked on
- Under testing
- In the planning phase
- Live cycles
Active cycles are displayed by default when you open the Comp Cycles page.
Cycle Templates
The Cycle Templates tab contains pre-built cycle templates that can be used as the foundation for creating new compensation cycles.
Templates help administrators quickly set up cycles using standardized configurations.
Archived Cycles
The Archived Cycles tab contains compensation cycles that have been intentionally archived by administrators and are no longer actively used.
Permissions
Access to the Comp Cycles tabs depends on your role:
- Admins can view all three tabs
- Non-admins can only view cycles from the Active Cycles tab that they are assigned to
If you do not see the Cycle Templates or Archived Cycles tabs, your account may not have administrative permissions.
