What is a Pequity Power User?

Power Users are admins who have mastered the core frontend functionality required to independently configure and manage a successful compensation planning process from start to finish. This program is designed to celebrate expertise, showcase achievement, and create a direct channel for highly engaged users to influence the future of Pequity.

What Is a Power User?

A Pequity Power User is someone who can confidently build, edit, and launch compensation cycles using Pequity's core planning tools.

To earn Power User status, participants must demonstrate proficiency in the platform areas that have the greatest impact on compensation cycle success.

Required Areas of Mastery

Formula Creation

Create and manage formulas that drive recommendations, budgets, calculations, and cycle logic.

Column Configuration

Configure manager workbooks and planning views by selecting, organizing, and customizing the columns users see throughout the planning process.

Planning Hierarchy

Build and manage planning groups, reporting structures, and approval workflows to ensure compensation recommendations flow through the correct stakeholders.

Reward Letters

Configure and generate reward letters that communicate finalized compensation decisions to employees.

How to Become a Power User

Users earn Power User status after demonstrating the ability to:

• Set up planning hierarchies and approval structures
• Generate and manage reward letters
