[Pequity People Tool](https://helpcenter.pequity.com/support/pequity-features-workflows?hsLang=en#pequity-people-tool) # Adding Reward Letter Views to the Employee Portal in Pequity As an Admin, you now have the ability to allow employees to view and download Reward Letters directly in the Pequity App. With a simple toggle, you can enable this feature and give your employees easy access to their personalized Reward Letters on the employee portal. ### **Steps to Enable Reward Letter Views:** 1. **Go to Your People Page**Start by navigating to your People Page on the Pequity platform. 2. **Access Settings**Click on **Settings** in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 3. **Toggle Reward Letters Option**Scroll down within the Settings menu until you see the option for **Reward Letters**. Here, you’ll find a toggle to turn this feature on or off. To enable employees to view the Reward Letters, simply toggle the option to **ON** and click **Save**. 4. **View Employee Reward Letters**Once this feature is enabled, you can access an employee’s Reward Letter by selecting the more option menu (three dots) next to their name in the People List.   - Click on **View Portal**. 5. **Download the Reward Letter**At the bottom of the employee portal page, you’ll now see a **Reward Letter Section**. This section will display the **Cycle Name**, **Sent Date**, and a **Download Button**. Click on the download button to save the letter as a PDF.   --- ### **Important Notes:** - The system automatically assigns Reward Letters to the correct employee based on their unique ID (eid/email). - Once the feature is toggled on, employees will be able to access their Reward Letters directly in the **Reward Letters Section** of the employee portal.
