Below is a description of the default roles and how to add custom roles to your cycle. Pequity Comp Cycles are  - **Planner:** A user responsible for managing and executing compensation planning for assigned employees or groups. Planners typically work within specific compensation cycles and ensure data accuracy and fairness. - **Planning Partner:** A user who collaborates with Planners and Admins to oversee compensation processes, review recommendations, and provide strategic input.
