What are Comp Cycle Planners, Planning Partners, and Custom Roles?

Pequity Comp Cycles support several user roles and functions. Below is a description of the default roles and how to add custom roles to your cycle.

Pequity Comp Cycles are 

  • Planner: A user responsible for managing and executing compensation planning for assigned employees or groups. Planners typically work within specific compensation cycles and ensure data accuracy and fairness.

  • Planning Partner: A user who collaborates with Planners and Admins to oversee compensation processes, review recommendations, and provide strategic input. Planning Partners may have additional oversight responsibilities compared to standard Planners.

  • Admin: A user with the highest level of access, responsible for configuring settings, managing user roles, and overseeing the overall compensation strategy within Pequity.
