Below are some guidelines and templates needed for your data submission process to collect all of the relevant data needed to onboard you into the Pequity platform and/or begin your range/comp cycle design engagement.    📣 This overview + templates will also be provided by your Success team during implementation. Your Pequity Success team will be happy to review the data points needed for each phase of your implementation.   **Why is it important to have this data ready?** Whether you are manually providing or using SFTP or API integrations for importing data to Pequity for a Compensation Expert, upcoming Comp Cycle, or to implement Employee Portals and Pequity Embedded with your team - accurate data is key!   This list is to provide a comprehensive guide for what data you may need for your implementation process.
