Offer Creation and Approval

  1. Recruiter fills out the candidate profile via the Pequity UI or Chrome Extension.

  2. Inputs compensation details and comments.

  3. Sends the offer for approval to designated stakeholders.

  4. Approvers can comment, reject, or approve. Rejections must include rationale (e.g., missing salary).

Any material changes (like salary edits) trigger reapproval from the beginning of the workflow.


Off-Cycle Compensation Adjustments

  • Approvals isn't limited to new hires—it supports raises and internal movements.

  • For off-cycle increases:

    • Select an existing employee.

    • The system pre-fills existing comp and job data.

    • Edit salary, apply new templates, and submit for approval.

Settings and Customization

    • Activate Greenhouse integration via API key and "on behalf of" ID.
