# How can I rename my comp cycle?

## Need to update the name of your compensation cycle? No worries — it only takes a few quick steps. 📝

#### **Steps to Rename Your Cycle**

1. **Open the cycle** you want to update.
2. **Go to Settings** for that cycle.
3. In the **General tab**, locate the **Cycle Name** field.
4. **Enter your new name** in the field.

5. Click **Save Settings** to confirm.

✅ Your cycle will now display the updated name everywhere it’s used.
