As an Admin User, how can I view what other Users see in the People Page?

Note: This feature is only available to users with the appropriate access permissions.

If you have People Access roles set up, you can view them by navigating to People Page → Settings → People Access. For instructions on creating these roles, see [link/reference]).


  1. Once access is configured, click your company icon in the bottom-left corner and select Settings.

  2. Choose Team Members.

  3. Locate the team member you want to check.

    • In the People column, you will see a View option if that member has People Access.

    • If they do not have access, this option will not appear.

  4. Click View, then select View All Data as [Person’s Name].

  5. You will be redirected to the People Page, viewing the data exactly as that person would see it.
