How can I add a planning group for comp cycle?

Planning groups are used to organize employees within a compensation cycle. Follow the steps below to add new planning groups to the appropriate wave.

You can easily add planning groups by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the cycle's Settings page.

  2. Select the Planning hierarchy tab.

  3. Locate the wave where you want to add the planning group(s).

  4. Click the + Add Group(s) button.

  5. Enter the new planning group name.

    • You may add one or multiple groups at the same time.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

💡Notes:

  • Each planning group must be unique.

  • A planning group should not already exist in another wave within the same compensation cycle.
