You can easily generate a new one. Simply log into your account, navigate to the API settings, and request a new key. Be sure to store your new secret key securely, as it cannot be recovered once lost. #### **Step 1: Access Settings** - Open the **Pequity App**. - Navigate to the **Settings** page. #### **Step 2: Go to API Section** - Once you're on the **Settings page**, scroll to the bottom left-hand section. - **Select the "API"** option. ![](https://helpcenter.pequity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Rich%20Text%20Pasting/google-1740698705514.png?width=217&height=449&name=google-1740698705514.png) #### **Step 3: View Current API Key** - On the **API page**, you will see your **current API Key**, a **hidden Secret**, and the **date** when the API Key was created. #### **Step 4: Delete Current API Key** - To generate a new API key, click the **trash bin icon** located on the right side of the row containing the current API Key. ![](https://helpcenter.pequity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Rich%20Text%20Pasting/google-1740698705523.png?width=624&height=208&name=google-1740698705523.png) #### **Step 5: Confirm New API Key Creation** - After clicking the trash bin icon, a **notification** will appear confirming that your previous API key has been deleted. ![](https://helpcenter.pequity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Rich%20Text%20Pasting/google-1740698705527-1.png?width=604&height=391&name=google-1740698705527-1.png) #### **Step 6: Generate a New API Key** - Click the **"Create API Key"** button to generate a **new API Key**. ![](https://helpcenter.pequity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Rich%20Text%20Pasting/google-1740698705527.png?width=624&height=151&name=google-1740698705527.png) #### **Step 7: Save the New API Key** - A **new API Key** and **Secret** will be generated. - **Save the new API Key** immediately.
