Email Notifications Sent During Compensation Cycles
Pequity sends automated email notifications during compensation cycles to keep participants informed and on track. This article outlines the two notification types currently available.

Admin Control
Admins can choose whether or not to send this notification when enabling a Planning Group.
Reward Letter Sent
When it’s sent
This email is sent when a Reward Letter is issued to an employee through Pequity.
Who receives it
The employee (or email associated with the employee) who is the subject of the Reward Letter.
Purpose
Delivers the Reward Letter directly to the employee’s inbox, providing them with personalized details of their compensation changes.
Example
After finalizing a compensation recommendation, a manager sends a Reward Letter. The employee receives an email with the letter attached as a PDF.
