Clearing Change History

The Change History can be cleared or reset after the testing phase and before go-live, ensuring that the history reflects only the changes made in the production environment after launch.

Once your testing is complete and you're ready to prepare for go-live, you can clear the existing change history by navigating to:

Comp Cycle > Settings > Delete Change History

 

 

To proceed, you'll be prompted to enter the Compensation Cycle Name as a confirmation step. After entering the cycle name, simply click Delete to remove the existing change history.

This will remove the change history generated during testing, allowing you to start with a clean slate so that the version history reflects only changes made after go-live. 

Important Note:

Please ensure that any testing records or historical changes you may want to reference later are no longer needed before deleting the history, as this action cannot be undone
