Each update includes what changed, why we built it, and what it means for your team. ***What's New in Comp Cycle*** We've shipped improvements across cycle setup, wave management, planning, exports, and the workbook experience. Everything below is live in your account now, no setup required! ##### ![](https://helpcenter.pequity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-30-2026-05-50-33-1988-PM.png?width=670&height=338&name=image-png-Sep-30-2026-05-50-33-1988-PM.png) ##### **Salary Increase Recommendations Now Use Employee Currency** Salary increase recommendations, as well as minimum and maximum warning thresholds, now use each employee's local currency rather than defaulting to USD. This ensures more accurate guidance for organizations managing compensation across multiple countries and currencies. **What changed?** - Recommendations are displayed in the employee's assigned currency. - Min/max warning calculations are based on the employee's currency. - Eliminates confusion caused by USD-based recommendations for international employees. ##### **"Budgeting Currency" Renamed to "Budgeting Currency Label"** *Coming Soon* The setting previously named **"Budgeting Currency"** has been renamed to **"Budgeting Currency Label"** to better reflect its purpose. **What changed?** - The setting controls how the currency label is displayed throughout the application. - Updating this setting does **not** convert, exchange, or recalculate compensation amounts. - This change helps distinguish visual labeling from currency conversion functionality. ##### **Clone Cycles with no preset Planning Group/Wave Users** Admins are now able to clear all previous users from a cloned cycle at the time of cloning. Need an admin copy or ready to start a new cycle with no other user visibility?
