Today, Paygent operates exclusively on Pequity-provided resources and a curated internal knowledge base developed by our in-house compensation experts. It does not access or use any customer-specific data to generate its outputs. This means there is zero interaction with customer PII, internal comp structures, or employee-level information at this time.

Paygent is fueled by:

• Pequity’s proprietary compensation frameworks, built and maintained by our expert comp strategy team.

• Exclusive benchmark datasets and comp libraries, which provide real-time, market-informed guidance.

• High-level trends and patterns observed across our customer base — these are always anonymized and aggregated before inclusion, ensuring no individual company’s data is ever exposed or reused.

Future Capability: Secure Workspace Integration

We’re actively working toward enabling Paygent to interact with customer-specific data within each customer’s secure workspace. This will allow for tailored recommendations that reflect your internal compensation structure, leveling framework, and geographic strategy — all while keeping your data strictly siloed.

Importantly:

• Your data will never be shared across customers or used to train the broader Pequity LLM.

• All Paygent interactions with your data will remain contained to your workspace, under strict access controls.

• You’ll retain full visibility and governance over how and where Paygent applies your data.
