At Pequity, we believe having your data in one platform gives you the best insight into your current compensation philosophy and culture. The People tab shows employee data for your company across the tool, right at your fingertips. **NOTE:** Only company admins will be able to access the People tab in Pequity and are the only role able to request updates to the tab. Read more about updating the People tab [here](https://support.pequity.com/hc/en-us/articles/13192040928923). #### **What can I do in the People page?**   **In-Line Editing** Intuitively edit any and all data in line, without losing context. Keep data up to date in Pequity, where your pay decisions are being made regardless of HRIS data errors.  ![image-20230314-032653.png](https://support.pequity.com/hc/article_attachments/14257545706523) **Export Data** Exportable data makes it faster and easier for you to update data in Pequity and then upload any updates to your HRIS via CSV. Your People view is now able to include custom data fields and configurations. Contact **Pequity Support** to request updates around adding, removing, and renaming columns. #### **People + Offers: Peer Median Comparison 📝 **Allow submitters & approvers to reference peer medians when extending offers to new candidates, ensuring that compensation for new hires is fairly equitable compared to existing team members ![Recording_2023-02-24_at_13.44.55.gif](https://support.pequity.com/hc/article_attachments/13194062386971) **People + Comp Cycle** Have your latest employee data easily accessible for Pequity to leverage for upcoming comp cycles. Following a cycle running in the tool, the Pequity team will be sure to update the People tab with the latest compensation details for all of your employees. 💭 *Can I grant access to the People tab to someone who isn't a company admin?* At this time, the People tab can only be accessed by company admins. Managers will be able to see their respective employees and compensation during a compensation cycle in the tool, but this is separate from the People tab experience.
