Managing User Access in Pequity with SSO
If your company uses SSO with Pequity, here's how to manage user access easily:
Adding a New User

Add them to Pequity and SSO:
- Add the user to Team Members in Pequity.
- Provision them in your SSO provider’s App Dashboard.

Set Permissions:
- Assign Ranges and People Access permissions under Settings > Team Members.
- Need help? Check our guides on Range Permissions and People Permissions.
Once done, the user can log in via SSO and access their assigned data.
Removing a User

Remove from SSO:
- De-provision the user in your SSO provider’s App Dashboard.

Delete in Pequity:
- Go to Settings > Team Members, find the user, and hit Delete.
Tips & Troubleshooting
- Guest Accounts: New users logging in without permissions become Guests with no data access.
- Error on Login: Users not provisioned in SSO will see an error when trying to log in.
- Audit Users: Need a list of current users and permissions? Contact us for an export!
