Can the data from the People tool be exported?

Yes, the employee data that lives in the People tab can be exported! Once you're logged into Pequity, head on over the the People page and change from Summary to List view. This shows you the list of employees and their data such as department, level, annual compensation, etc. 

On the upper right hand side you will see a the 'Export' button next to the download icon. After clicking this you can choose to export the whole data set by choosing 'All Employees' or just 'Filtered Employees'. When the download is through a prompt will confirm the action and the CSV file will be found in your computer downloads. 

And you're done exporting! 🥳
