My user type is "Company Admin". What does that mean?

Congratulations, you've been added to Pequity as one of your Company Admins. How does it feel to hold ultimate power?! Just kidding, but there is a lot that you can do!

Overview

High-level Company Admins have full access to Pequity features and data in your company account.

Remember, with great power comes great responsibility - which means you also can help set up your team members and account settings. You can navigate your Pequity Account Settings and Features in the left-hand navigation bar.

💭 Why are there missing icons on my Pequity homepage?

There may be more or fewer features available depending on your company's plan.

Company Admins ONLY

Account Settings:

• Add & update team member access permission settings
• Create & edit Offer Approval Chains, both in Settings and individual in-flight offers
• Upload new Offer Letter Templates for Docusign or download

Power Features:

• Range tab un-permissioned, full access
• People tab access & full feature access
• Offers super-user access to view & edit any offer
• Approval Chain updates on inflight offers
• Offers Analytics & Competing Offers dashboards
• Comp Cycle overview and approval access
• Team Resource editing & update access
