I can't access Ranges or after logging in with SSO. What do I do?
If this is your first time logging into the Pequity platform...
You will be defaulted to a "Guest" user in Pequity. This means that you will not have access to ranges or offers until your company admin specifies what user type you should be and what access permissions you should have.
Reach out to your Pequity company admin to have your permissions updated. Once complete, refresh your page and you should begin to see the appropriate data.
If you have previously logged into Pequity with success, but since switching to SSO you are now missing the data you used to have access to (ie. Ranges & Offers)...
This could be because your email used with your SSO provider does not match your user email in Pequity (ie. case sensitivity). Open a ticket with Pequity support and we will investigate!
Never fear! Once this is resolved, you will have access to all the previous data you had access to before, including offers you have submitted or approved.
