Accessing Legacy Compensation Cycle Letters in Pequity

Pequity recently launched a new and improved reward letter experience. With this update, you may notice that the previous method for downloading individual letters from previous compensation cycles is no longer available directly within the app interface.

If you need to access reward letters from a past cycle, follow the steps below to download them in bulk.

📥 How to Download Older Reward Letters

1. Navigate to Settings

   • From your Pequity dashboard, go to the Settings menu.

2. Select "Reward Letters"

   • In the Settings section, click on Reward Letters.

3. Click “Download All Letters”

   • You’ll see an option to Download all letters. Click this button to initiate the download process.

4. Receive a Zip File via Email

   • Pequity will generate a ZIP file containing all previously generated letters from completed cycles.

   • You’ll receive an email with a link to download the ZIP file.

Note: If the "Download" button for individual letters is grayed out, this is expected behavior when letters have not been generated for that cycle.
